I like how the liquid products was bagged and the use of bio-friendly box as packaging material. I got everything as I ordered and no damages. The pricing is great and the products themselves work on their own merits. Oh btw, thank you for zero delivery charge*. That is a bonus, hope all your customers can see that (when comparing prices). Their service is second to none and their prices are fair and right. On the one occasion that Canada Post dropped my package out of a 3 storey building and ran over it in a mud puddle, MOPS replaced the damaged goods, no questions asked.
