You are the BEST!!!!! I've been your client for about a year now and I must say that I am very impressed with the level of customer attention. I've spoken to both Dan and Glen on a number of occasions and they are always willing to help and answer questions. They're pro-active and are very pleasant to deal with. Now it's happened a couple of times (out of the many, many times that I've ordered) when they didn't have the product I purchased available but I love the fact that they are organized and on the ball about communicating this fact to me asap and letting me know when the product will be in. They follow through and sure enough, I get my product when they say it will be in. That is very much appreciated. It can't be easier or a more positive experience than that. Extremely fast processing and shipping too. I usually get my order the next business day if I order in the morning. The packing is always well done (my light fixtures got here in perfect shape!). Just wanted to thank you for another very positive shopping experience. My order was delivered in a week, which is awesome, it was well packed, and everything was accounted for. So nice to be able to order online with confidence. I must admit, I tried a couple months ago buying through a store in the US, as the prices were cheaper, but I will never go there again. I may have saved a bit of money, but the headache involved was not worth it. The order took a month to get here, it was not packed well, causing a bottle of prime to be destroyed, soaking the entire order in prime, then it was difficult to recoup my losses. Anyways, I'll be sticking with you guys. You're pros. Thanks so much.

Just a quick note to say that my order for 2 x 175W metal halide bulbs and 2 x 40W actinic bulbs arrived yesterday. Everything was very well packaged. I haven't installed the bulbs yet... hope they fire up ok. Thank you for the excellent service. I will definitely order from MOPS again!
