Awesome customer service. As I’m setting up my first tank, I had never shopped here before and when I placed my order, the owner called me to verify that I had indeed made the order and it was all legit, before completing it. Really appreciate that kind of dedication and commitment to service. Shipping was quick, and package was well packed and I received it with no issues or concerns. All around an excellent customer experience.

Hey guys, I made a mistake on my order of pellet food the other day and didn't realize it until my order arrived. So I went online and reordered the correct pellets and put a comment in that I had made a mistake on my previous order. The next day I get an email from you saying "just ship them back" and a return number. Today I get my correct order and you didn't charge me shipping even though it was my mistake! That's what I call a pleasant surprise and great customer service! Needless to say I'm impressed. MOPS is my first stop when shopping for aquarium supplies and even after shopping around I come back and make my orders from MOPS. Thank you very much.
