Your product selection has just the right amount of variety, you’ve always been excellent to talk to on the phone, your shipping is very quick and accurate and to top it all off: you leave me with more money to spend on livestock! It doesn’t get better than that. I don’t even think about going to other stores (except to buy DT’s coral food but if you had that, I’d buy it from you). I’m very happy to have discovered you! Your shipping charges are honest - not jacked-up amounts. I've mail-ordered a lot of stuff over the years, and have often decided not to place orders when I see exorbitant shipping fees. So I appreciate that too.

Hi guys, I want to thank you once again for the fantastic service. I placed the order on Monday. You shipped it on Wednesday. I had the order by Thursday (yesterday) at noon. The stuff arrived as ordered, and well packed. I wish I needed more stuff. Again many thanks, and please pardon any typos.

The second VHO bulb made it here in one peice. Thanks for the great customer service starting from calling here to making sure that I wanted two different bulb sizes, to replacing the first broken bulb. Hey guys, I made a mistake on my order of pellet food the other day and didn't realize it until my order arrived. So I went online and reordered the correct pellets and put a comment in that I had made a mistake on my previous order. The next day I get an email from you saying "just ship them back" and a return number. Today I get my correct order and you didn't charge me shipping even though it was my mistake! That's what I call a pleasant surprise and great customer service! Needless to say I'm impressed. MOPS is my first stop when shopping for aquarium supplies and even after shopping around I come back and make my orders from MOPS. Thank you very much.
